Class Registration: It is necessary to pre-register and pre-pay for all classes to reserve your space. Registration may be paid by cash, check or credit card in person or by phone with a credit card.
Refund Policy: Because we make a commitment to our instructors a week prior to the start of their classes and our instructors make a commitment along with their preparations for their classes for you, there are no refunds for cancellations. Cancellations made at least one week (seven days) in advance will receive a store credit for another class. Class fee is forfeited for cancellations made less than seven days in advance. No refunds or credits will be given after the class begins and no refunds will be given to “no shows.” This policy will be strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.
There is always a possibility that a class may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, registered students will be contacted and given the choice of receiving a full refund or credit for another class. Students are encouraged to register early to help prevent cancellations.
